Can I order a custom pot — glazed or unglazed?
Yes! We make custom clay pots to order, glazed or unglazed, per your request. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with what you have in mind and we'll take it from there.
Are your clay pots food-safe?
Yes. Our pots are made from natural clay and fired for everyday cooking and serving. We do not use lead-based glazes.
How do I season a new clay pot?
Soak the pot in water for a few hours, dry it, then heat it gently the first few times. The short video below walks through it.
Do you ship, and can I request a custom piece?
Yes to both. Reach out via the contact page — WhatsApp or email — with what you're looking for, and we'll arrange shipping or discuss a commission.
What is your return policy?
Because every pot is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. The one exception is damage in transit: if your order arrives broken or defective (dead on arrival), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
